Lyra - Modern middle eastern restaurant serving dinner with indoor and outdoor seating.
Henrietta Red - Oyster bar restaurant open for dinner and weekend brunch with a Tues-Sun happy hour menu.
Kisser - Japanese comfort food open for lunch only. One of our absolute favorites! We recommend going early and putting your name in using their QR code then heading across the street to Southern Grist Brewing to grab a local beer while you wait for your table.
Redheaded Stranger - Amazing Tex-Mex in a low key setting.
Two Hands - Healthy and hardy brunch/lunch and coffee.
Cafe Roze - All day café with coffee and drinks.
Dino’s - Famous late-night burgers and dive food.
JMAS - Amazing breakfast burrito food truck in East Nashville. We recommend going early as some of the options sell out.
All or Nothing Bagels - Delicious wood-fired sourdough bagels! We also recommend getting here on the early side.
To Drink
The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club - Intimate cocktail bar with a cozy ambiance and excellent drinks. This is where we met and enjoyed our first date!
The Patterson House - High quality cocktails in a beautiful speakeasy style bar with a great bar food menu.
Sauced - Brooklyn-born wine bar with natural wine and small bites in the historic Germantown neighborhood.
Urban Cowboy and Public House - Rustic-chic bar with a large patio space and fire pits. Also located here is Roberta’s Pizza that has incredible wood-fired pizza and salads.
Monday Night Brewing - Great beers by the river in the Neuhoff District.
LA Jackson - For a rooftop drink.
Smith & Lentz Brewing - Sourdough pizza and beers in a casual atmosphere.
Crema - Great coffee and tea. Hermitage Ave location recommended.
Elegy - Specialty coffee shop with two locations (East Nashville and Germantown).
Babu - Coffee and pastry café with a large patio.
To Shop and See
Woodland Wine Merchant (Woodland St location) - Eclectic bottle shop to pick up your favorite wine and liquor for the weekend!
Thunder Moon Collective - Beautiful gift shop.
Broadway Street - Nashville’s honky tonk bars and 5th & Broadway shopping. We recommend one of the more historic bars on Broadway, like Robert’s Western World or Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge!
Bluebird Cafe: Listening room featuring intimate performances by established and up-and-coming artists.
Neuhoff District in Germantown - A beautiful shopping and dining district by the river. Our favorite spot here is Monday Night Brewing.
12th South - A neighborhood full of shops and restaurants.
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum - Getting tickets in advance recommended.
Frist Art Museum - Rotating art exhibits.
Centennial Park or Shelby Park - For a walk!
